StrainPack generates label artwork and exports it as print-ready PDFs sized to real die-lines. You give it a strain name and a look; it gives you files. What you do with those files is your business.

You must be 21 or over to use it.

One token buys one generated image. A round of four designs costs four. Tokens never expire and nothing renews — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

You are not charged for what you do not get. If a generation fails, is refused by the image model, cannot be stored, or comes back from the fallback placeholder instead of a real design, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically. That is enforced in the billing code, not by asking us.

Unused tokens are not refundable for cash. If something goes wrong that the automatic refunds did not catch, email us and we will sort it out.

You do. Artwork you generate is yours to use however you like, including commercially — on products you sell, with no royalty and no attribution required.

Two honest caveats. Generated images are not unique by nature: the same brief can produce similar artwork for someone else, and neither we nor you can claim exclusivity over a style. And the legal status of copyright in AI-generated images is unsettled in most countries — we are not promising you a registrable copyright, because nobody can.

Anything you bring — your logo, your character, your brand name — stays yours. Uploading it to generate a design gives us permission to send it to the image provider for that one request and nothing more.

Cannabis packaging rules differ by state and change often. StrainPack can place a state’s universal symbol and required statements on a label, and it refuses when a symbol cannot meet its legal minimum size on the die-line you picked. That is a drawing tool, not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for checking.

Before you sell anything, confirm the packaging against your own state’s current rules. You are responsible for what your label says. Potency figures, weights and claims come from what you type, and we do not verify any of them.

• Impersonate a real brand, or reproduce a trademark you do not own.
• Make a label designed to appeal to children, or to pass as a food or candy product.
• Print packaging that breaks the law where you are.
• Resell access to the service itself, or hammer it with automated requests.

The image model also refuses some prompts on its own. A refusal costs you nothing — the tokens come back.

This is a small product run by a small operation. We do not promise uptime, and we depend on other companies — a database host, an image model, a payment processor — any of which can have a bad day. If the service is unavailable, unused tokens keep their value and will be there when it returns.

We may change how the product works, add or remove styles, or adjust pricing. Changes to pricing do not affect tokens you have already bought.

Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are not responsible for a print run that came out wrong, a batch of packaging you cannot use, or business you lost — which is the honest position for a tool that costs a few dollars and hands you a file to check.

You can stop using StrainPack whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can close an account that is breaking these terms; if we do, we will say why, and refund any unused tokens unless the reason was fraud.
