Privacy

Your account. An email address, and a display name if you give one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email, name and profile picture from Google — not your password, which we never see.

What you make. The label details you type — strain name, potency, weight, your own lines of text — the style and colours you pick, the instructions you write, and the artwork generated from them. This is kept so your designs survive a refresh, and so you can download a sheet again later without paying to regenerate it.

Your tokens. An append-only record of every token granted, spent and refunded, with the reason. This is how a balance is calculated, and it is what lets a failed generation be refunded automatically.

Purchases. The amount, which pack, and the order and payment identifiers Square gives us. We never see or store your card details. Those go directly to Square and never touch our servers.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no data broker in this story.

Reference images you upload — a logo, a character, a style reference — are held in memory for the length of one request, sent to the image provider to draw from, and then discarded. They are not written to our database.

Four companies, each doing one job:

• Neon — hosts the database and the sign-in system. Your account and your designs live there.
• Google — generates the artwork. Your label text and any reference image you attach are sent to Google’s image model to draw from. If you sign in with Google, Google also handles that.
• Square — processes payments and handles your card details.
• Higgsfield — an alternative image provider, used only if selected.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not give any of them your data for their own purposes.

On servers in the United States. If you are outside the US, using StrainPack means your information is processed there.

You can delete any design from your designs page at any time, which removes the image itself. Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it, or send you a copy of it, within 30 days.

One exception: the record that a purchase happened is kept, because that is an accounting record and it has to survive the thing it paid for. It holds an amount and an order number, not card details.

StrainPack is for adults 21 and over. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 21.

If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so by email before it takes effect.
