Calyx Q stand-up pouch, 2" bottom gusset. The gusset is a separate folded panel, so this 6.5" × 5" face size excludes it. Sizes are from Calyx's published template list, not measured against a die — confirm before ordering.
This layout has not been check-printed yet. Run the free calibration sheet before committing a full page of blanks — a layout a millimetre out wastes the whole sheet, and the calibration page costs one sheet of paper to find that out.
Designing for this face
Artwork is drawn at this shape rather than resized into it. A rectangle is not a square design cropped, and a bag face is not a jar label scaled up: the composition has to be built for the proportion it will be printed at, or the name ends up cut in half at the trim.
The export places the artwork inside this die-line with the bleed above already allowed for, so the PDF is ready for a pouch printer with nothing to line up by hand.
Printing it
The export is one 6.5" × 5" face per page with the 0.125" bleed carried past the trim and crop marks at the cut line. That is what a pouch printer expects: they trim through the bleed, so art that stops exactly at the trim shows a white sliver wherever the cut drifts. Send the PDF as it comes out rather than resizing it, because resizing is what moves the crop marks off the trim.
