Designing for this face
Artwork is drawn at this shape rather than resized into it. A rectangle is not a square design cropped, and a bag face is not a jar label scaled up: the composition has to be built for the proportion it will be printed at, or the name ends up cut in half at the trim.

Printing it
The export is one 1.525" × 2.625" face per page with the 0.125" bleed carried past the trim and crop marks at the cut line. That is what a pouch printer expects: they trim through the bleed, so art that stops exactly at the trim shows a white sliver wherever the cut drifts. Send the PDF as it comes out rather than resizing it, because resizing is what moves the crop marks off the trim.
